Polo involves horses! Everyone knows
that! But Golf?
Golfers and horse lovers share an admiration of
beautiful greens pastures, the room to roam, and
putting in vigorous effort that does a heart and
body good. Some of us as equestrians may not
know what it feels like to pull off a great golf swing,
let alone what it’s like to hit a hole in one, but we
share the exhilaration and peaceful enjoyment
of covering open ground with friends, sharing
interests on a beautiful day surrounded by nature.
Yet golf courses are named after horses all the
time! Check it out!
With names like Dark Horse, White Horse,
Flying Horse, Wild Horse, and Phantom
Horse, you would think horses and golf are
natural partners? So why not a benefit Golf
