Phoenix branch is keeping the dayto-day business running smooth,” Wade
Kortlever, Branch Manager of the
Material Handling Division for Arnold
Machinery’s facility in Phoenix, says.
“And making sure we are meeting our
customers’ expectations
by providing our
associates with all the
latest information and
tools to help them do their
jobs.”
The Phoenix market is
different from some of the
other Arnold Machinery branches. “It’s
much larger, which brings different
challenges,” Kortlever imparts. “We have
more competitors with a good presence
in the area. This gives the customers
more options so we have to always be at
the top of our game when meeting the
customer’s needs.”
