Τhe project utilized a compound of two bordering semi three-storey neoclassical buildings, built at the end of the 19th century, of a total area of 2.280 m2 and an open space of 750 m2. The compound consists of the house of Argiropoulos Family, where a school was housed and the bordering house of Rallis Family. The Argiropoulos family house was a historic neoclassical building, built in 1860, by the architect Ernst Ziller. 31
