In this way it constitutes,
due to its special function,
a separate part of the
building. On the contrary,
in the northern part of the
same floor, the office of the
community chief, with the
glass wall, is open to the
public and seems an integral
part of the building.
Finally, a single flat panel
of reinforced concrete
unifies the whole in a single
dynamic composition,
reinforced with cantilever
and winding autonomous-
ly with regard to the other
parts of the building.
Με τον τρόπο αυτό, λόγω
της ιδιαιτερότητάς του,
αποτελεί στοιχείο διακριτό
από το υπόλοιπο κτήριο.
Αντιθέτως, στον ίδιο όροφο
προς Βορρά, το συγκρότημα
γραφείου του κοινοτάρχη
με το υαλοπέτασμα είναι
«ανοιχτό» προς το κοινό
και φαίνεται αναπόσπαστο
τμήμα τού συνόλου.
Τέλος, μια ενιαία επίπεδη
πλάκα από μπετόν αρμέ
ενοποιεί το σύνολο σε
ενιαία δυναμική σύνθεση,
«ενισχυμένη» με έντονους
προβόλους, και ελισσόμενη
με πλήρη αυτοτέλεια σε
σχέση με το λοιπά μέρη
τού κτηρίου.
