All six studios of Oinoessa, were built in the middle of the 18th century by our grand- grandfathers. They
have been lovingly restored by the family and local artisans, without destroying any of the original fea-
tures. The stone floors, the original walls, the ceilings and the staircases have been restored to their orig-
inal state using local stone and wood. They retained the character and charm of the original buildings
whilst incorporating the comforts that any guest would expect.
