Developed by Abland and designed by GLH Architects, the project is located on
the northern side of the Rosebank CBD, on the corner of Biermann and Cradock
Avenues, just off the major north-south thoroughfare of Oxford Road
36 ALLANDALE
The site is positioned within the new Waterfall City CBD with very good exposure
to Allandale Road and easy access from the main ring road of the City. The site
itself is a pentagon shape with good visibility from all boundaries.
52 THE SANCTUARY
The Sanctuary, set against the backdrop of the Helderberg Mountains with
sweeping ocean views, is a work-shop-play, mixed-use retail and office
development along the busy R44 thoroughfare.

The brief for the CCB Headquarters was to create a pair of office buildings that
exuded excellence – both in their architectural ingenuity and the distinctive quality
in which they were built.
