Vehicular Access and Parking
The corner site enables employees to enter the
building from the side vehicular entrance in Cradock
Avenue as well as from the main entrance on
Biermann Avenue. Parking is provided on 8 levels.
Visitors entering the building through the main
entrance are able to park on the first two levels and
head to the entrance lobby and shuttle lifts to gain
access to the main atria. Employees park on higher
Rosebank Towers
floors where they have direct access to the main lift
core. Alternatively they can make use of the shuttle
lifts and pass through the next line of security at
the atrium level. Service and delivery vehicles use a
dedicated entrance off Cradock Avenue.
Entrance
On the street level the centre of the building opens up
to allow vehicular access adjoined by clear and simple
