its new Twinbolt locking
system for use with its leading
exterior door hardware system,
Securefold.

Twinbolt is a sophisticated
locking system for exterior
folding doors whereby one
simple turn of a handle engages
a 22mm throw to securely lock
the doors at the top and bottom of the system. Designed as a stylish
and more concealed alternative to flush bolts, which require manual
locking in two separate areas, the product is set to be a popular
addition to the range.
New features include the system being able to work with any euro
cylinder lock meaning installers have the freedom and flexibility to
use their preferred choice of lock – as well as an increased throw
of 22mm, providing added security. A range of accessories are
available to add to the refinement of the product including a stylish
Malta Handle Kit and routing rubber cover strips available in a
variety of colours. Finer details such as the inclusion of a factory set
handle height (1050mm) and easy adjustment of the top lock rod
- to suit standard and non-standard doors heights - demonstrates
the high standard of design and manufacturing from P C Henderson.

ARCHITECTURAL DEMAND FOR MINIMALISTIC
DESIGN RESULTS IN MAJOR GROWTH FOR ASPEX
Aspex, one of the UK’s leading
architectural ironmongery and
doorset companies, is celebrating a
rewarding return on its investment,
after securing a number of major
contracts to supply its Novista Riser
system. Ashley Burberry, Managing Director of
Aspex UK, said: “We are really pleased
with how successful the Novista Riser
system has taken off. It has become a
huge game changer for Aspex and has
allowed us to strengthen our presence in
the market.
Over the last six months, Aspex has
had a large increase in its orders and
has tripled its sales of the Novista
Riser doorsets since last year. “Over the next six months, we are working
on some exciting projects which prove
testament to the success of our range
and our ambition to continue to develop
products in line with architectural
demand.”
Aspex has also recently won
contracts to supply the system
in Paradise Street, a student
accommodation in Coventry, Nile St, an apartment scheme in
London, and a prestigious office development at Station Road
Station in Cambridge.
The Novista Riser system is available with
either a timber or steel door leaf and is
suitable for a wide variety of projects
with single, double, triple, and quadruple
combinations available. It can be factory
painted to any RAL colour or primed to
allow on-site painting for precise colour
matching with the adjacent wall.
The doorsets are suitable for locations
which require either a very high fire or acoustic rating, and are fire
rated to up to FD120 and acoustic rated up to 40dB.
