BEAUTY IS MORE THAN SKIN
DEEP FOR CORIAN® AT THE
NEW DERMALOGICA STORE BY
LIMEBLUE LTD
“The vision was for a multi-sensory
environment to fully engage
with the customer,” explains Kim
Scillitoe of Limeblue Ltd. Corian®
became a key solution, by surfacing
the interactive skin bars and
forming both the shelves and the
cladding of the backlit display
systems. Colours chosen were
pristine Glacier White with a Deep
Titanium grey trim and the swirling
patterns and translucency of new
Grey Onyx. “Corian® is the perfect
material for realising my designs,”
adds Kim.
Corian® is distributed in the UK
and Ireland exclusively by CD (UK)
Ltd. For enquiries about Corian®:

THE CLASS O FINISHING TOUCH
TO FIGHT FIRE
Measures to slow the spread of fire
are vital and retardant finishes are
becoming increasingly specified.
Crown Sports Lockers, a specialist
changing room furniture
manufacturer, has the necessary
equipment and can finish products
using furniture grade lacquer
Xerofire.
This will upgrade a non-fire-rated
timber substrate to BS476 Part 6
and 7 Class O and Class 1, and also
achieve top rating (Euro Class B s1-
d0) in the European Fire standards
EN13501-1 on wood substrates,
including veneered plywood.
Subcontract Class O work
undertaken comes with
certification.
