Construction Cost Consultancy Services Our MRICS team can help with
budgeting, estimating, cost engineering,
tender organisation, drawing up contracts
and cost reporting. We are competitively
priced, and work on a fixed fee basis.
Contract Administration - Our contract
administration services are available should
your workload or the project location
mean your practice needs additional
resource. Our team of seven regionally
based PM’s can ensure delivery of a project
anywhere within the South East, no matter
where your practice is based.
Project Management - We can project
manage via a main contractor or tradeby-trade approach. In the latter case, the
client employs the tradesmen directly and
we provide control to keep the project on
track. This is a non-standard approach but
allows some projects that would otherwise
be over-budget to proceed where they
otherwise wouldn’t.
Project Energy Efficiency Audits Including independent advice on
sustainable design, heating systems and
renewables. Our experienced, independent
experts both have over 25 years’ experience
in the sustainability industry and you can
be sure to receive a sound proposal that is
bespoke, detailed and accurately costed.
