Regal Homes’ multi award winning
Banyan Wharf, one of the world’s tallest
cross laminated timber (CLT) residential
structures, has been shortlisted by
Property Week as one of the most
outstanding residential projects of the
past decade.
This pioneering development,
designed by architects Hawkins\
Brown, demonstrates that sustainably
constructed buildings can be beautiful
as well as providing appealing living
environments. The building’s CLT/steel
hybrid structure uses both timber and
steel to increase efficiency and enhance
strength, creating 50 homes plus
commercial office space. Timber delivers
unchallenged carbon offset in high
volume construction products, while the
CLT construction process offers added
speed and safety.
