Our first project in Ecuador Chapman Taylor’s Italian studio has designed their first project in Ecuador, Quitowers. Quitowers is a new residential tower project in Quito, the capital city of Ecuador. At 2,850 metres (9,350 ft) above sea level, Quito is the highest official Capital city in the world. With views across city, Quitowers is made up of three different towers, of differing heights and dimensions, that combine together to form the overall tower. The ground floor of the building contains a restaurant, bars and shops. On the 14th floor there is the wellness centre and swimming pool whilst the roof contains gardens and trees. Chapman Taylor has been working in Latin American for over 10 years. This is our first project in Ecuador having previously worked extensively in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Panama and Brazil. Our LATAM experience includes projects across a number of sectors including Retail, Leisure, Residential, Office, Government and Transport. We have also worked on large urban regeneration schemes, refurbishment projects and including a number of international competitions. Archetech - [Page 36] www.chapmantaylor.com
