THE CHEESE
Our opportunity to talk about, this time, the cheese. We love authentic cheese, but there is a
problem. Third-world uses to call cheese to that prepared with animal derivatives, or mix the
cheese with those derivatives, but still name this mixture cheese.
So, we will educate about what Cheese really must be, we will write about the problem, and we
will include tastings of real and authentic cheese.
