After graduating from Savannah State College, Max found himself beginning his career at the tech giant IBM building computer boards. He quickly advanced his career by accepting a new role with Lucent Technologies and moving to Chicago to work with telecommunications equipment for a high profile federal government client. Over the next twenty years Max would find himself designing and supporting various communication infrastructures, while gaining invaluable knowledge in the world of telecommunications. This successful corporate career allowed Max to easily become a successful entrepreneur by creating MGI Engineering.

MGI Engineering is a versatile communications company that specialize in network infrastructure design and installation solutions. Starting from installing the infamous 53SS switches, to advanced emergency E911 systems, MGI began to build its reputation as a trusted contractor in the technology world. His strong reputation has provided some great opportunities for MGI, and Max is projecting one of the biggest years yet in 2014. Landing new cellular contracts with some of the biggest carriers in the world. Max and MGI has successfully completed various multi-million dollar projects installing and updating over two hundred (200) cellular cabinet sties, connecting CDMA, GSM and BTS technologies for Ericsson, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and AT&T.
