Hospital assured to provide Free Consultation
and Treatment to Workmen requiring
Additional Treatment.
Mr V M Kulkarni, Chairman, CSR Sub-
Committee, CMAI, thanked the Chairman
and Members of SGMA and Dr Mrs Madhuri
Valvekar of Valvekar Hospital for extending
their support and providing excellent
arrangements. He also thanked her for
providing teams of Doctors for the Camp
for conducting the Eye check-ups and
suggestive corrective action and follow-up to
be done at the Hospital.
A Total of approximately 1,300 workmen
were checked during the Two-day Camp; 817
persons were given free Reading and Bifocal
glasses as prescribed. Prescribed Eye drops
were given Free of cost to over 750 patients.
During the Two-day Camp, Members of the
SGMA voluntarily managed the Registration of
Patients and supported the activity.
CMAI thanked the teams of Doctors of
Sassoon Hospital for conducting the Eye
check-ups of Patients and Shirish Munde of
Shree Swami Samarth Optician for arranging
the Reading Glasses.
