critical. Safety is also why Falcon ma-
chines have two hydraulic cylinders for
the dump boxes. Each is a backup for
the other, and it prevents the hopper
from twisting causing an uneven load.
And for the crew unloading the mate-
rial, the shovel apron is ergonomical-
ly designed at the optimum height to
minimize back strain and injuries.

Durable – Producing machines that
last and are simple to operate sets Fal-

some facts about a Falcon hot box: 1)
constructed of structural rectangular
steel tubing with continuous welds
and boxed-in enclosed gussets for
added strength, 2) hopper walls are
one-piece seamless steel construction,
3) wiring connections are soldered,
sealed, and placed in shrink-tubing
then covered with high-temperature
loom and protected by steel conduit,
and 4) each machine is entirely sand-
blasted then painted with epoxy prim-
er and a urethane finish coat. This is
why Falcon can offer a two-year ma-
chine warranty AND a lifetime war-
ranty on their trailers.
Economical – When you buy a Fal-
con, you get a hot box and recycler all
in one. Keeping both cold- and hot-
mix at the right temperature means no
waste and much more efficient use of
roads crews. With a Falcon hot box’s
capability of recycling, the option to
use less expensive hot-mix year-round
