10th Annual
Network Night
Celebrating a successful season and
preparing for the future

the industry’s premier group of
pavement contractors located
throughout the U.S. and Cana-
da, hosted their 10th Annual Network
Night event in Nashville, TN on Febru-
ary 28, 2019. Each year at the National
Pavement Expo, the 800 PAVEMENT

This year the group incorporated
round table discussions, each led by
two Network Members and focused on
common challenges experienced in the
industry. The four round table discus-
sion topics were “Executing with Effi-
ciency,” “Your Troops, Talent, and Turn-
over,” “Capturing the Lead and Closing
the Sale,” and “Measuring the Business’s
Pulse and Profit.” From a smaller, start-

up mentality to a seasoned veteran with
years of experience and who has seen it
all, there’s no better way to connect with
a like-minded professional to exchange
direct advice and employ tried-and-true
business practices that actually work.
The round table discussions give Net-
work Members the opportunity to dig
deeper and discover the root causes of
successes and failures, which is used to
continually improve their business.
