Inside APD
The department launched a YouTube video series
in 2012 entitled “Inside APD.” The monthly video
series was created to provide an inside look into the
various operations of the department. Throughout
the year, citizens can get a birds-eye view of the
inner workings of specialized units and patrol.

The December edition focused on
the department’s roll out of body
worn cameras. November profiled
Citizens on Patrol and volunteers
that supplement staffing and
support operational personnel.
October included highlights from
National Night Out.
