• Research and Development
selected a new alarm
billing module to better
serve citizens.
Management Services assists with
implementation and administration of
policies and programs including new
technology items, fiscal stewardship,
and customer service initiatives for
both external and internal customers.
Personnel evaluate processes to
ensure they are being provided in
the most efficient and cost-effective
fashion. During 2014, the Bureau
achieved many great results even with
the transition of two key managers that
left the organization.
