RedPeak built 7S Denver Haus using the
Infinity prefabricated-panel building system.
The benefit was a construction period slashed
to just 14 months, fast for an 8-story building
above a concrete parking structure. Interestingly, the density is the same as Joule’s, yet
half its story height. The resulting community is both attractive to residents and functional. Clearly catering to the millennials, the
