This class is designed for Technicians, Service Managers, and Managers at all
levels. We will cover the new the refrigerant (R-410a) that is replacing the currently
used R-22 and the long and short term impact how it will have on our industry.
The class includes HVAC terminology, fundamentals of refrigerant and the
refrigeration cycle, components and functions of an HVAC system. You will
learn the technical changes that must be made such as how to correctly
charge the system and what new tools and equipment will be needed. Our
industry has never gone through mechanical changes such as this before so
be sure and get the latest information.

Keeping your pool, sauna or spa in top working condition ensures the
longevity of your asset and the safety of your residents. By attending this
course and becoming a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) the persons responsible
for maintaining your pool, sauna or spa will have a better understanding of the
laws and basic upkeep techniques of pool and spa operations.
The CPO certification course requires participation in the two-day certification
program taught by a certified CPO instructor, and will provide individuals with
the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations and
maintenance. The CPO certification program requires a passing score in the
open book written examination. The CPO certification is valid for five years.

Each year the Colorado Real Estate Commission develops a four (4) hour
Annual Commission Update Course that covers important information
about recent regulatory changes and practice issues. All active real estate
brokers are required to attend the course each year and pass the exam.
Twelve (12) of the 24 hours required continuing education hours must be
comprised of three (3) different versions of the four hour (4) Annual
