Join the AAMD Ambassador Committee
There ’ s always something exciting about going back to school . New folders , new pens , new pencils and new learning opportunities .
Our Supplier ’ s Council is particularly excited about the start of AAMD 2016-2017 . We ’ ve taken a good long look at how we can bring more value to our supplier membership and we ’ re happy to introduce our 2016 - 2017 line-up of Supplier ’ s Council Meetings . Not only are these meetings low cost ( Free ) they also provide some great education , tips and tricks for leveraging your membership with AAMD .
Join the Ambassadors of AAMD in welcoming new members into the Association . This group meets once a month and contact all the new members .
“ As an ambassador I enjoy helping new members succeed in the association by meeting them at events and introducing them to people as well as helping them get involved in the right events to get the best value out of their membership ,” said Kim Bazemore of the Roof & Gutter Guys .
You may have seen the Ambassadors at events . They wear a gold ambassador badge and they try to make sure everyone at the event is engaged and feels welcome .
Judy Houchins of Legacy Partners has been the chair of Ambassadors for the several years . “ I love seeing the faces light up and hearing the success stories from the ambassador who has helped connect a new member ,” she said .

On September 13 , we ’ re pleased to host Business Best Practices which will include tips and tricks for working with our valuable on-site , and maintenance professionals as well as using social media as an active part of your marketing efforts .
On October 4 we will be hosting a discussion with a panel of Regional Maintenance Directors and rounding out the fall on November 1 we ’ ll be bringing you a day in the life of an on-site manager .
We ’ ll start 2017 with or January 10 meeting with our Supplier Leadership Panel bringing you proven

We have exciting sessions in 2017 including a Supplier Leadership panel , Regional Manager panel , Trade Show success , an economic update and time management panel .
