So I guess what keeps me up is constant ideas and revelations on how I can positively impact my teams and thinking of what I want to accomplish the next day when I go into the office . STORE IN MALL TO FIND NEW TALENT : I would go back to REI . I was with my two girls and my youngest was fussy and hungry and I was trying to purchase my items . One of the cashiers came over and started playing with my daughter , distracting her , and ultimately making her smile and laugh ! She could tell I was struggling and yet she took the time out of her day to help me . You can ’ t train customer service . She was genuine , caring , and helpful- all traits that I cannot train yet , it ’ s imperative that teams possess traits like that . At the end of the day , apartments are all over and people have countless options when trying to find a new home but the level of service and the people that they interact with daily are the reason they ’ ll be loyal residents of Broe properties . ERA OF LIFE TO RE-LIVE : I wouldn ’ t , I have done a great job of living every moment as it ’ s my last .
