You may not see us, but you know we’re here.

That “new-home smell,” reminding us our dreams are one signature away.
We are words that matter more than we remember they do.
Words like “community,” and “cleanliness.”
Words like “Responsible”, and “respect”.
You may not remember us when we’re here, but you miss us when we’re gone.
Without us, your peace of mind goes out the window
Like cobwebs when we’ve cleaned the screens just right,
And most of us don’t seek glory, or the spotlight.
Most of us just want the gratitude of a job well done.
Because that’s what this industry is all about.
