my work environment is constantly busy and we are changing and

properties during a hail storm and get hail damage on my car! HOW

feel like a big family. It is important to laugh and enjoy each day,
despite the stress. It is great to schedule events and activities, but
that is not always possible in our crazy world. Sometimes it is the
little things that matter. Celebrate the moments you can and have
fun whenever possible. PROFESSIONAL PET PEEVE? People who feel entitled
and do not believe that they have to work to advance their career.

Wholly Cannoli, small Italian restaurant in SE Aurora. Super yummy!
DREAM TICKETS: Would love to take my husband to the Super Bowl. But
would need to be somewhere warm so maybe San Diego or Miami
OFFICE SOUNDTRACK: We Will Rock You! AMENITY YOU’D LIKE TO INVENT: Segway’s
for interior hallways for resident to easily transport their groceries.
A paintball course would be fun too! “GO-TO” INTERVIEW QUESTION? When
interviewing office team members, I like to ask them to take me on
a mock tour. ATTRIBUTES YOU LOOK FOR IN NEW EMPLOYEE? Attitude and Smile
BEST DECISION LAST SIX MONTHS? Staffing, we have had several recent
promotions and am proud of the movement and teams that are
being built. WORST DECISION LAST SIX MONTHS? I don’t think that there are
bad decisions, I believe there is a learning opportunity at every
decision made. HOW DO YOU KEEP WORK FUN FOR YOUR TEAM? Keep the work
environment light and fun. PROFESSIONAL PET PEEVE? Burnt out light bulbs,
dirty touch points for prospects and residents.
