JOB I HAD BEFORE ENTERING THE APARTMENT INDUSTRY: I worked as a customer service
representative at a credit card bank. FAVORITE “NEW” RESTAURANT: Near our
office in the tech center there is Great Northern, they have an
awesome spinach salad I am addicted to right now! And it smells
delicious all the time! DREAM TICKETS: I am a Lebron James fan, so any
home Cavalier game would be awesome! I am also disappointed
that I missed the Zac Brown Band at Red Rocks so if you could make
that happen again that would be great! OFFICE SOUNDTRACK: I love all
types of music, but I feel that Katy Perry’s “Roar” is appropriate, it
is an updated version of the 1982 Survivor song “Eye of the Tiger”
and very motivational. We have such hard working people and we
are not your typical property management company and we are all
champions! AMENITY YOU’D LIKE TO INVENT: A high class massage parlor,
people need a good massage every now and then! “GO-TO” INTERVIEW
QUESTION? Customer service is a huge priority in our industry, my go to
question is “Tell me about a specific time you provided exceptional
customer service.” I also like asking potential managers to tell me
about a time they disagreed with a decision their manager made
ATTRIBUTES YOU LOOK FOR IN NEW EMPLOYEE? Customer service in their DNA and
a positive attitude. BEST DECISION LAST SIX MONTHS? To oversee our new
venture into the Austin market. WORST DECISION LAST SIX MONTHS? To not
work out on a regular basis, it is a huge stress reliever and makes a
huge difference in my personal and professional life. HOW DO YOU KEEP
WORK FUN FOR YOUR TEAM? I love doing contests! It gets the team thinking
creatively and builds camaraderie as well as a little friendly competition.
PROFESSIONAL PET PEEVE? Dare I say it…exposed tattoos!
