Ventana
5095 E. Donald Avenue, Denver
At the time it was built in
1971, Ventana had the largest
clubhouse in the Denver area,
a huge 11,595 SF building. It
is still much larger than most
clubhouses being built today.
First known as Coronado Club,
and later as Sabletree and now
as Ventana, it was THE place to
live in the metro area when it was
new. You may notice the sparkle
in old-timer’s eyes and a knowing
smile when they reminisce about
the parties held at this property,
enhanced by reportedly having its
own liquor license.

The 300-unit community sits on
the east side of I-25, just south of
Evans Avenue.
