APARTMENT WEEK
2018 OPEN HOUSES
April 2-7 , 2018 we celebrated National Apartment Week . 124 apartment communities across the front range hosted Open Houses promoting that now is a great time to both live and work in an Apartment Community . AAMD spent over $ 75,000 on a media campaign promoting this through TV spots , radio and social media .
These open houses showcased information on how to find a career in the industry with information about the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program , as well as information about both office and maintenance career paths within the industry . In addition , we hosted a sweepstakes , for “ first time new renters .”
All first time renters that visited had the ability enter a sweepstakes to win up to 6 months free rent . That drawing will be held later this month once we receive all sweepstake entries .
