In partnership with Colorado Free University, the series is offered twice a year. The series consisted of the following modules: » » Getting Started in Rental Property Management » » Raising Capital for Your Real Estate Investment » » The Nuts and Bolts of Managing Your Rental » » Legal and Ethical Issues for Landlords In addition to training new landlords, this program was built to bring in new Owners to the association. The IROC leadership team was able to bring in seven new members through this education program. AAMD Introduces New Seminars Don’t Panic: Own Your Owner’s Visit Google Rules the World: Let it Change Yours Beyond the Lipstick: No Property Detail is Too Small Generating Traffic and Building a Reputation for Your Community The Building Blocks for Budgeting New Ads, Colorado and Company, highlight Apartment Week 2017 AAMD ran a media campaign this past spring, including commercials airing on TV and social media outlets. The new spots were designed to give a fresh, light, and energetic feel to attract a younger class of new talent, emphasizing that they likely already possess the skills necessary to work in the apartment industry. Additionally, Teo Nicolais, Chris Beno (ConAm Colorado) and Allison Moledo (Cardinal Group Management) appeared on 9News' Colorado and Company on April 4, giving AAMD the opportunity to show the new media campaign and talk about careers in the industry.
