Lynett Brockman

Lynett Brockman started in the property management side and was in fact Vice President of JPI ’ s Operations before opening Career Options . This gives Lynett a unique perspective when interacting with her clients .
Lynett has served for 17 years on the Apartment Association Leadership . One of her most memorable contributions ? When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005 , NAA found themselves without a home for our national convention . Lynett led Denver ’ s host committee team successfully and on very short notice . Lynett not only received a national Paragon Award from NAA for her leadership , but due in part to her leadership in the host committee , Denver now hosts the NAA annual conference regularly .
Lynett sees people ’ s talents objectively but doesn ’ t believe that any one human is better than another . Her greatest passion is mentoring people to be the best they can be . She believes that “ leaders don ’ t create followers , they create more leaders .”
Lynett and her husband Lauren have been married for 17 years . She loves animals , loves to entertain , and is a great friend .

Terry Considine

Terry Considine is a life-long Colorado entrepreneur focused on business , politics , and family . He has served as Chairman / CEO of five public companies , investing in real estate , television broadcasting , convenience stores , and environmental testing services . As Chairman / CEO and owner of the Considine Companies , he has made numerous investments in real estate , venture capital , and distressed assets .
In addition to business , Terry has been active in politics , elected twice to the Colorado Senate ( 1987 to 1992 ) and holding leadership roles in numerous campaigns and political organizations . He was dubbed the “ father of term limits ” after organizing Coloradans Back in Charge , a grassroots movement that led Colorado voters to impose term limits on the governor and
HOLLIS CONSIDINE ( TERRY ' S SON ) WITH MIKE ZOELLNER state legislators . He is a co-founder and serves on the board of Club for Growth , a political organization of 100,000 Americans committed to advancing economic growth and limited government by driving change in the United States Congress .
The fourth of eleven children , Considine was born in San Diego , California and raised on a cattle ranch . He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School . He has been a director for 20 years , and Chairman for six years , of the $ 1 billion Bradley Foundation in Milwaukee , Wisconsin . In Denver , he is a director of Intrepid Potash ( NYSE : IPI ) and Colorado Christian University . He has been married for 45 years to his wife Betsy . They work as a team in philanthropy supporting education reform and other worthy causes . Most of all , they enjoy spending time at their ranch in western Colorado with their three adult children , their spouses , and two remarkable granddaughters .

Tim has been one of the more prolific developers in Metro Denver having built nearly 6,500 apartments here . Some of his largest developments include over 1,000 units in Lowry – now called Lowry Park , as well as over 650 units in Meridian now called Windsor Meridian . On a national basis , Tim has developed over 10,500 apartments with a market cap of nearly $ 2 Billion . For the past 9 years , Tim has been the director for the Rocky Mountain and Midwest operations of Wood Partners .
Tim has been married to Chris for over 22 years , and everyone I know will say she is his true better half ! After Tim ’ s son Devin was diagnosed with autism some 14 years ago , Tim sprang into action and co-founded Aspen Center , a non-profit agency to help kids and parents that are struggling with this terrible affliction . Aspen Center is now called Firefly Autism and it is still going strong today .
And Tim is very proud to say that his son , now a junior at Creek , just won an academic achievement award last month .
