Legislative Luncheon draws 50 people

n December 2nd, over fifty members
attended a special legislative presentation given by National Apartment
Association Senior Vice President of
Government Affairs, Greg Brown. He discussed
issues that affect the multifamily industry. He in-

formed members on topics such as the Uniform
Residential Landlord Tenant Act, short-term rentals,
the EPA Waters of the United States, and energy
benchmarking. The presentation was meaningful for
members to learn about issues and their status at the
federal level.
