Having recently been named the safest large city in America,
Aurora is bigger than 10 major U.S. cities, and with a continual
growth pattern, is expected to exceed another five U.S. cities
including Tampa, St. Louis, Cleveland and Pittsburgh by sheer
size alone.
Ron Throupe and Jeff Hawks gave their opinion of growth,
as well, and hinted at a fact that Colorado growth is always based
on outside factors. “If we can create initiatives locally and throughout the state to create more growth on our own, Colorado will
become extremely successful in comparison to other U.S. states.”
What’s driving Denver is a growing job market, population
(both generational and migrational) is increasing, and development of residence and infrastructure are catering to the demand.
Colorado has the attractions, natural beauty and nightlife/sports
scene to cater to just about anyone, and the state is building itself
up to continue its success.
