Forestar Capital in nearing
EARLY
completion of their first community in the metro area, called
360 Degrees for its surrounding
views, just west of the Fiddler’s
Green Amphitheatre. Like most new communities, construction has taken longer than
expected, closing in on 3 years. But residents
will find it has been worth the wait, with the
first moving in on January 15th. Completion
is expected in April. The rooftop lounge with
indoor kitchen and fireplace will offer spectacular views of the mountains. Residents can
walk just two blocks to the Arapahoe at Village Center light rail station. Forestar has
broken ground on its next community, Littleton Commons, with 385 units near Santa Fe
and County Line Road.
