Bob is the owner of Jericho Properties Realty and is known as one of the leading
local owners, investors and realtors in the single family rental property market for
over four decades.
Bob has been a strong supporter of the multifamily efforts legislatively and has been at
the table when key decisions were being made over his 40 years as a member of the
Apartment Association.
One of the most recognizable contributions was bridging the relationship between
NARPM and AAMD to create a strong partnership between the two organizations, as well
as his large support for the Family Homestead Charity Auction.
His leadership, dedication and compassion is our leading reasons that we are proud to
