AAMD Announces the 2017 Inductees to
the AAMD Hall of Fame
The AAMD Hall of Fame was
established in 2015 to recognize
exceptional leaders in the industry
throughout the past five decades.
There will be 50 individuals in the
Hall of Fame in 2018, when AAMD
celebrates its 50 year anniversary.
The inductees were selected by the
current living members of the AAMD
Hall of Fame, and are proud to
welcome the following individuals at
June Awards on June 15.
“The Members of the AAMD Hall of
Fame did an outstanding job of
selecting very strong individuals who
have had a deep impact on both the
industry and the association,”
commented Mark Williams,
Executive Vice President of the
Apartment Association of Metro
Denver. “When you think about the
professionals who have made this
industry great over the last five
decades, these folks are on the list.”

Del and Joann Roupp

were honored at the IROC
meeting on February 28. The
Roupps have officially retired
as they successfully closed on
the sale of Pinetree II in
January. They have been
members of AAMD and loyal
IROC members since 1971. On
behalf of the Independent
Owners Rental Council.
The AAMD Board of Directors
and staff are grateful for their
loyalty and continued
membership for 46 years.
Even though they've retired,
they're welcome to attend
IROC forums and other AAMD
events as often as they like!
