APA 2015-2016 Report Voices from the Pacific Family Planning New Zealand The Sustainable Development Goals, finalized at the UN Special Summit on Sustainable Development, provide a new universal set of development goals, targets and indicators. This project aims to strengthen the capacity of Pacific CSOs to influence the SDG nationalization process, through the provision of country-specific advocacy tools, and support to ensure the effective implementation of advocacy plans. At the regional and global levels, this project will increase awareness of the need and value of investing in SRHR by providing a voice to CSOs in the Pacific. It is essential that the two SRHR targets included in the SDGs receive appropriate prioritization and resourcing in national implementation plans. Women Living with HIV and Migration in Greater Mekong Subregion: Platform for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for Post-2015 Raks Thai Foundation Women’s voices on SRHR, gender and related development issues have been discussed on multiple occasions during the process of developing the Agenda 2030 sustainable development indicators. The specific needs and concerns of women and girls living with HIV in the Greater Mekong sub-region, however, have not been adequately addressed. They face barriers in accessing SRHR which is compounded by their status as migrants. This project aims to vocalize the needs of women, girls, men and boys living with HIV in the Greater Mekong sub-region at the national, regional and international levels. The key participants of this project are women from networks of people living with HIV in the six countries of Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
