Outdoor recreation and education professionals and students will be pleased to hear about the offerings at the Annual Conference, including a partnered panel hosted with AORE representatives to highlight topics particularly relevant for the work outdoor recreation professionals are doing to encourage holistic wellbeing on their campuses. AORE professionals will also find sessions on experiential learning, student leadership development, management techniques, and more, as well as have an opportunity to embark on various preconference trips. The NIRSA 2018 Annual Conference included a snowshoe excursion and a Copper Mountain ski trip. Stay tuned for this year’s excursions!

NIRSA is also inviting applications for the 2019 NIRSA Outstanding Sports Facilities Awards. These awards recognize exceptional facilities that have been built or renovated between November 1, 2015 and October 31, 2018.
