Perception is a chosen lens we place on everything that unfolds around us. To feel fear or joy, love or hate, frustration or satisfaction are all signals that we are still alive and have the ability to accept, alter, challenge and dream. In my practice as a leadership coach, a father, a partner, a meditator, a brother, a son, a board member, a business owner, a friend, I strive to be as open minded, upright, honest, transparent, and as full of care and honor to those around me as possible.

It is anything but easy. But as many habit patterns are, the habits that we want to change require reflection, courage, diligence, support and practice. We are currently facing a time where many people feel a disconnect with those around us. Due to almost everything we hold as dear, we can be driven to protect that which is personally accepted and turn a blind eye to the very same passions and beliefs in those surrounding us.

From The President

Dear AORE Members,

“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men [and women] who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” -Muhammad Ali
