Anzzia: That's incredible! You guys have done so much already in such a short amount of time. One, congratulations! Because I don't know if you've taken the time to congratulate yourself and really take that in. But, two, looking forward, what are some goals that you have now for your company? Because you've already accomplished so much!

Rob: Our biggest goal really is not only for our company but it's for the city of Orlando, which we love. We want Orlando to be internationally recognized as a fashion destination. In doing that, what is going to happen is the talent that we have here as well as the talent that we attract, it's going to create a bigger stage for them. First and for most that's our biggest goal. Of course, as a company, we would like to continue to grow and continue to do innovative things. The name of our company is Fierce Entertainment Management so, part of the plan is to branch out and do more events that aren't necessarily fashion focused but, more entertainment focused. There are other events that we plan on and hope to be working on that would be as big as fashion week hopefully. But, not necessarily focused on fashion.

Anzzia: Okay, very interested to know what you've got up your sleeve there. Very interested. Is there any advice that you have for someone that's getting into the entertainment, not just fashion but, entertainment as a whole in the industry? Do you have any advice that you would give them?

Rob: My advice would be to keep pushing. First of all, you definitely can't do it by yourself. Everything that Jessica and I are accomplishing, we have a very strong team of people that believe in us, who support us. Starr Dalton, you know, first and foremost she was one of the first people that jumped on our team and works as hard as us. If not harder then both of us. You have to find people that believe in your vision and sometimes you might not be 100% aligned but, you know, going back to the military your stronger as an army than an individual. So, I would say, build an army. I would say, keep trying. Keep trying. Had Jessica and I gave up that day on our first fashion event where I told you we sold five tickets. The reason why we didn't cancel that show is we knew the work

that we put in. If you put the work in, don't give up. We didn't cut any corners. Like I said, my feet were hurting walking downtown passing out fliers and I know Jessica's feet were hurting worse because she was in heels. /laughs This is Orlando, it was hot and we were dressed up. We did this on multiple occasions. Had we given up on that time then we wouldn't have achieved the goals that we were able to achieve so far.

Anzzia: What is it that drew the two of you to the fashion industry in Orlando?

Rob: It kind of happened by chance. The fact that we were able to create a strong marketing campaign for companies that drew the first event and the impact that we were able to make with that first event. That drew the fashion show.

Anzzia: That's where it came from?

Rob: Nothing. I'm a tell you, nothing else, you know it was just once we had done the research because we didn't know that much about it we really put a lot of research and effort into finding out and studying and researching everything we can. About doing it, you know what I mean? Once we were able to pull off that first show we knew that we had a niche. Orlando was hungry for it and then there was an opportunity that we felt that we were uniquely able to fulfill.

Anzzia: that's beautiful! I do believe there was a serious need for some fashion love in Central Florida. So, thank you very much for providing the service. How can our readers learn about getting involved with your events or your company or even possibly volunteering or anything of that nature?

Rob: That's a great question! The reason why I gave you the Orlando International Week website was first because it's built for people who are looking for those opportunities as well. We have a section that says, "Register" Where people can register to volunteer. They can register for hair and makeup. Photographers can volunteer, entertainers can register.
