Anzzia: Love it!
Meka: It is exciting. I feel like there is a new wave coming in and the sea is calling. I mean you've got to go out and try a new challenge. It makes life worth it, you know? Hopefully, that can inspire other people to do whatever their mission in life is and step up to the plate. In their battles, you know? It makes a lot of sense.
Anzzia: That it does. Do you guys have any, well, you guys have shows coming up don't you?
Meka: Yes we do.
Anzzia: Okay, tell me about them. Where, when, who you are going to be playing with, all the good stuff.
Meka: Holy shit! Okay, so, January yes but, we go every year to NAMM, which is the National Association of Music Merchants, it is a big music convention. It's huge. It is where everybody goes, it's cool. But, that's in L.A. and then I am going to stay for the Grammy's. This will be the first year I will be attending the Grammy Awards so, I'll get to go cheer all those people on who are doing great things.
Anzzia: Whoo!
Meka: I'm learning so much about what the people at the recording academy do and how they serve musicians and how they do just great charity work in everything that they do. But, it will be really cool to just witness that energy behind what the Grammy's are all about.
