Realizing Recovery: Substance Abuse After-Care Program
The Realizing Recovery Aftercare program is a State funded program open to individuals over the age of 18 who have successfully completed a substance abuse treatment program.
The program is not only open to veterans but to the general public. There is no cost to the individual for these services.
Both group AND individual therapy modalities are available. The focus of Realizing Recovery is to provide ongoing support in early Recovery. Such support is provided in a positive environment to promote continued development of skills and self-determination [in recovery] as well as addressing barriers that may be encountered. Lastly, we also work with individuals that may have co-occurring disorders [i.e. mental health and substance misuse].
