Correa, and Leadership and Teamwork, under
Diego Uranga. New contents were also added, i.e.
the issue of how to approach a horse, “Building
Trust”, under Mr. Luis De Bari. Aside from all these
subjects that we have been working on, Dr. María
de la Paz Salinas has also contributed her expertise
in all our dealings with horses, which includes
focusing on Animal Welfare.
And the Course for Shoeing attracted a record
number of participants in response to a demand
for qualified shoers, so necessary anywhere that a
horse is used for recreational and sports purposes.
Thus the Paring and Shoeing Courses were carried
out in Tucumán; Trenque Lauquen; Quilmes;
Gualeguauchú as well as another six in Pilar.
As we mentioned above, and after our very
successful experience with Grooms, we put
forward the first Course for Schooling Polo Ponies,
programmed, prepared and held by Dr. Ezequiel
Correa, with a huge attendance of participants
interested in receiving training on this very specific
subject which is How to Properly Train a Polo Pony.
At the start of the course, Dr. Ignacio Sáenz Valiente
(Intelligent Break-In) contributed his knowledge on
how to first approach a horse. He took part in the
whole of the course with his valuable contributions.
We wish to highlight the simplicity, clarity and logic
applied to all methods and explanations used by
Dr. Ezequiel Correa to describe the application of
best practices in this area. We hope to be able
to continue with this Course this year, which will
doubtlessly continue to improve as regards the
first.
We begin this year 2019 with a huge boost to our
training courses, which we hope to be able to
continue and improve daily.
