The breeder and winner of two horse-blankets at the Argentine Open final with his clone
Cuartetera B09 received Santiago Ballester and Federico Pasquini at La Picaza, his breed-
ing center in Córdoba and talked about his system for breeding and his vision of the
future of Polo Argentino ponies.
A few weeks had gone by after he
won his sixth Palermo Championship
title with La Dolfina and received
two awards to the best horse of the
final for one of his mares, cloned
from Dolfina Cuartetera. And he was
already at La Picaza enjoying what
he loves doing most: organizing
his bloodstock, watching his new
ponies and thinking about how to
improve day by day.
