dress code
dietary requirements
all the dining venues onboard have
individual dress codes, and these can
be found alongside the restaurant
descriptions in the dining section (starting
on p30). here are some examples of what
to wear for each option:
royal caribbean can accommodate most
diets, including gluten-free, kosher, low-fat
and low-sodium, and those involving
allergies. vegetarian food is always available
at the Windjammer marketplace without
having to specially request it, but other
dining venues may need advance warning,
so make sure to check before you go.
• Casual polo shirts and trousers for men,
sundresses or trousers for women
• sMaRt Casual Jacket and shirt for men,
dresses or trouser suits for women
• foRMal suits and ties or tuxedos for men,
cocktail dresses for women
it should also be noted that swimwear is
not considered acceptable dining attire in
any of the onboard restaurants.
if you have very specific dietary
requirements, you must let royal caribbean
know at least 45 days before you sail, so
provisions can be made. this includes any
requests for lactose-free or soya milk,
ensure and kosher meals — all available at
no extra charge. for religious observances
(eg. passover), special meals must be
requested 90 days ahead of sailing.
you can bring your own food onboard,
but only dry or non-perishable items like
biscuits, crackers and crisps, or baby food.
infant formula won’t be provided onboard.
internet access
Wi-fi access is available throughout the
ship. to access it on your own device, you’ll
need a laptop operating Windows, with
802.11b wireless networking capability. you
can also connect via Wi-fi enabled devices
like tablets and smartphones.
to use the internet on your own device, you’ll
need to purchase a Wi-fi package, which you
can do onboard. due to the ship’s maritime
satellite internet connection, applications
such as vpn, remote access and voip
(including skype®) aren’t supported, so bear
in mind they therefore may not work.
