are certainly some physical perks of yoga, but nothing
quite beats the feeling you have after a class; zen!
Yoga would benefit everyone. It helps us to live in the
present, be calm and go with the flow of life with grace.
Most of us need to slow down, disconnect from the various technological distractions of our modern world, and
tune in to ourselves - body, mind and spirit. For those
