Are You Noticing? By Jacqui Derbecker Spring is the perfect time to notice and be aware. Are you noticing the robins and the new flowers poking their little heads up from Mother Earth? Are you noticing the changes in the sky and the clouds? Are you noticing? Spring is the perfect time to notice and be aware. It is a time of huge changes, so why not test your awareness. What are you noticing? I love Spring because of the shifts from cold white snow to warm, lime-coloured blossoms placed everywhere. ‘Noticing’ seems to be a main theme in the magazine this issue. All of the writers are noticing and acting when they notice. This is very exciting ! I invite you to read every article and see what the writers are noticing and what they are doing about it! Our article topics range from “Sprout into Your Potential” to “Reiki for Autism and ASD”. Not to mention “Indian Head Massage”, “Electromagnetic Frequencies”, “Wealth Intentions”, “Holism”, “Family Health” and so many more writers who are ‘noticing’. Another returning writer, Teresa Zacharias writes about “A Leader of One...A Leader of Many” and speaks to the reader about helping others. She says “when there is a couch to be moved, don’t carry the cushions”. Notice and be aware of what is happening around you . Finally a big announcement for our magazine we have added to our team Madison Parniak as an Editor/Creative Writer. She is 18 years old and will be writing in all of the issues. Her YMCA story is at the back of the magazine. She noticed!!! Read her healing journey and story of hope. Yet another brave and courageous lady who carries the couch not the cushions. If you are interested in writing your story of noticing please email us and let’s talk!! ■ Jacqui Derbecker Clairvoyant, Consultant, Teacher, Speaker, Published Author Founder of The Waterview Space 150 Dunlop St. East Unit 106 www.jacquiconsults.com [email protected] 705-737-5079 4 Divine Creativity By Carly Gouweloos When I say be creative, I don’t mean you should all go and become great painters and great poets. I simply mean let your life be a painting, let your life be a poem. – Osho Working in the field of writing and design, I often have people telling me, “Oh I really need your help, I am not creative at all”. And I always think to myself – YES YOU ARE! You created your own business. Perhaps one of the coolest creations of all! And maybe you haven’t created your own business, but I can guarantee that you are the entrepreneur of your day. Maybe you are cooking, decorating your houses, gardening, hanging out with your kids, writing e-mails to friends and family, or meeting new people; here: you are creating. Even at work or school, we are creating projects, creating relationships, and creating things that have never existed before. Often the best creative work we do is when we are ‘in the zone’ – fully immersed in what we are doing because we enjoy it. The most amazing creative project that we all get to be a part of is: our own life. And here is where we have the most freedom in the world
