Become inspired by the new buds and life that begin to grow and glow after months of frozen hibernation. Admire their willpower. Adventure into Spring cleaning. Simplify your life and allow yourself the luxury of having more space. Move your energy freely around this new space, feel its freshness. Reflect on your personal connections. Cleanse any toxic relationships. Think of someone in your life who brings you pure, uncomplicated, genuine happiness. Spend more time with this person. Start a gratitude journal and write in it one thing you are grateful for every night. Whether you are inspired to write a single word, a few pages or draw a picture, this will become the most healing book you will ever own. Breathe. Go outside and immerse yourself in the glorious warmth of sunlight. Close your eyes and breathe all the way in to your toes.
