4. Ongoing Ministry & follow-up – Crucial to the success of this initiative is that it is
not viewed or planned as a “one and done” event. You will need to consider before
the event takes place, how to continue to build upon what has begun. Your church
needs to have an effective plan for disicpling new believers. The initial follow-up
needs to include developing an Assimilation Team who quickly make contact with
those who made decisions and with the unchurched who attended the event. An-
other possibility to consider is beginning a short term or ongoing ministry or possibly
starting an affinity based small group that could lead to an affinity based church.

2. Take approximately 5 minutes at the October 1 st Annual Mtg. to Cast the vision for
Life Project. Will distribute a handout at the mtg. (this is a continuation of the
Live2Tell initiative)
3. Cast the vision at our CrossNet Baptist Network Pastors Luncheon on Thursday,
Oct. 18 at 12noon
4. Plan a LIFE Project Workshop(s) in January/February as a continuation of our
CrossNet 3E Series. The workshops will focus on helping leadership teams from
CrossNet Churches implement a LIFE Project at their church
