accepting a plaque in his honor, fans cheered the Green Blaze on
as he embarked on his first crime fighting adventure—he could not
imagine what was ahead of him.
June 6, 2015:
On Saturday, Green Blaze’s superhero adventures continued. Mission
after mission, Green Blaze and his sidekick fought to save Denver
from the Red Villains they encountered.
The first mission required Green Blaze to fight off villains and to rescue
two Denver Broncos players from certain doom. After successfully
completing his mission, Green Blaze received a distress call from
Union Station to save the key to the city from the Red Villains as they
were attempting to steal the city’s most prized possessions. Proving
victorious on his second mission, Green Blaze continued to fight the
Red Villains, preventing them from destroying the Chalk Art Festival.
Green Blaze lost no time as he sped through the festival protecting
unique works of art from destruction and managing to take down
multiple Red Villains in the process. The last and final mission of the
day required Green Blaze to save the city’s beloved Corey Rose,
9News morning anchor, after she was kidnapped by the sinister Red
Villains. Of course, he won the battle and Corey was saved.
After triumphantly completing his missions and saving the citizens of
Denver from harm, there was no doubt that Green Blaze was the right
superhero for the job.
“It was incredible from start to finish,” Christine said. “These kinds of
things don’t normally happen to your family or your child.”
Since his wish, Jack has been relishing in his new role as protector
of the city with one main concern: to continue to conceal and protect
his alter-ego. While Green Blaze may have that one special day in
June dedicated to him, he is prepared to save Denver against mischief
and mayhem any day. Jack is a true hero willing to protect his great
city from harm all while continuing to fight his medical condition with
unwavering bravery.
Don’t fret, Denver. Green Blaze is always near.
