How you can get involved At AmicusHorizon we work as ‘One Team’ alongside our residents. We have residents involved at every level, from neighbourhood projects to Strategic Board. Residents are: Repairs and Maintenance Panels (RAMPs) „„ L  eading the organisation as resident members of the Strategic Board „„ Shaping services through the Residents’ Council „„ Monitoring services as members of Area Panels, Repairs and Maintenance Panels and Resident Monitor Teams „„ Improving estates through local residents’ associations „„ Mystery shopping to check staff are delivering high quality services „„ Influencing our communications through the Communications Task Group and Editorial Panels „„ Challenging and scrutinising how we spend money through the Value for Money (VfM) Task Group. Our Repairs and Maintenance Panel (RAMP) is a forum for residents and staff to work together in partnership. RAMP monitors the performance of our Repairs and Asset Management Teams to ensure they deliver an excellent service. Click to watch our RAMP Members explaining how they make a difference. How are residents’ voices heard? In 2014/15 we involved 5,177 residents through consultations, neighbourhood events, forums, residents associations and training. We involved residents 6,130 times during the year and achieved good representative involvement from diverse groups. During the year we consulted residents on many subjects including: „„ „„ „„ 279 residents on lettings 93 residents on services 1,935 residents on our governance arrangements, which includes Area Panels and Residents’ Council.
